I've made a discovery while testing out the mod Yesterday.
When you've activiated it while being in the driver seat, it works fine and its synced to everyone. Meaning it can be seen by all.
Now when you leave the driver seat, it loses synch and can no longer be seen by anyone but you. Sitting in the passenger side while its going will not change this.

Just figured I would tell you guys. Sorry if im late on this.

You shouldnt use it after leaving the driverseat.
Because this will cause crashes for you :)

That was done to reduce server load.

You need to edit the model.
And no, I can't do that.

is it only for me it's hard to change the "blink" things? It's not my keyboard, becouse it works in other ways but not in SAMP.

Some buttons must be held for a moment rather than tapped or pushed.

Activate your lights by pressing the F12 key. Once activated you can change your light pattern using the programmed 7 choices. To do that use your arrow keys to go up and down then select the one you want by pressing your horn key.

Buddy, if you're wanting to get a vehicle to replace your police cruiser(s) in-game, as shown in the video promoting ELM V7, then you're not looking at Cleo.  All this modification does is allow your cruiser(s) lights to flash like on a real-life police car.  It has nothing to do with changing, editing, or replacing your vehicle models in-game.
