ARTP has a great history and great leaders, when someone else takes another person's group, content (logo specifically), ideas, vision and attempts to modify them but still holding it under the same name. I find that disrespectful, completely disrespectful. Next time you want to open a group, start from scratch.

It still doesnt give you the right to re-open ARTP without my permission. So, that means I can ignore Plam and dont get a permission from him, open ACSD, but instead of using DPD skins, use LSPD with sheriff hats, and I'll be good? ARPD commissioner and SAPD chief would shut my group down as soon as they'd see it, i dont see why this would be different. Argonath Traffic Police is MY group, I have founded it, I worked hard to reach the good name that it had, and now you're using it for your own benefit. Not to mention people who hardly had any expierence in ARTP are leading it. This is complete nonsense. The only way I'm agreeing to the existance of this group is that you - change the logo, the name and do not identify yourselves as successors of ARTP in any way, EVERYONE who is in this "ARTP" hardly had any expierence in the actual Argonath Traffic Police, not to mention one of their leaders got fired or resigned (I'm not sure but I clearly recall him/her not being part of ARTP once it got closed), and the other one is an officer who never really had any recognition within ARTP and was never trusted with group management. The only people who I would ever to allow to re-open my group are the actual ARTP veterans such as PulseEffect, Ivan.Cipone, Tomer, Abby Steinberg and so on, as they were the ones who actually helped me make ARTP professional and respected within the public, now you're basically stealing my efforts, identify yourself as ARTP when you do not deserve it.. The group is still mine, I never refused its ownership, I had plans for it in the future, in case I'd fail with what im doing right now, and you're stealing it from me, - don't expect any recognition from the real ARTP crew unless you uncoditionally change your name, logo and seperate yourselves from the ARgonath Traffic Police in all means neccessary.

And the ranks arent different much, old-school ARTP ranks such as Commander, Inspector, Trooper are still present, adding a pretty word "Traffic" doesn't change them.

Guys, listen up. Just wait for the Chief of Police to post here. In my opinion this new division opened by Ivan is running correctly without any fault lines. They are actually doing their best to get up to the top. Which they are quite good in. Alfred, sent a private message to a Upper CMD member. I do not think ARTP is copyrighted.

I support Alfred, not just for our in game "argument" but because you advertise it as the original ARTP and not as a group with the same logo and name but with different objectives such as becoming official... This is just  a disrespectful behaviour to Alfred, who has worked with dedication to his group.
You didnt even made a new logo or changed the name, i call that copying...
If you want to get to the top at least do it with your own ideas and concepts instead of using known groups's good reputation.

I would highly appreciate if my rank wasn't thrown around here to intimidate in whichever way beneficial, but I'll gladly clarify my involvement.

I was contacted with a permission request to create an Argonath traffic police group, which is fine, however I never gave the OK to use the same concept, logo, or idea that Alfred conjured up here. Although out of respect for the original group and Alfred's concern, all I can request is that you change your logo, for one, and work with Alfred to possibly rebrand your unofficial group, as it does conflict with his original content.

There is no copyright infringement to be found here, so I have no bounds to disband it. However simply acting out of common sense and respect for the original founder of the group, it would be in your group's favor to work with Alfred on this one.

It's nice to see it's finally cleared up.
I would have not have hesitated to allow you to re-open this and perhaps even helped you with getting things set up if you have atleast asked for my permission, but you can't really blame me for getting mad, because it really is angering when something like this happens.
As soon as you change the said things, I'll wish you good luck.

Oh, and if you need help with rebranding this and setting up a different group, let me know, I'll help you.

Argonath Highway Patroll, seem a better name

I bet someone who toke it before 28 years and now will wake up and sue people around...ignore my hidden sarcasm 

I hope this wasn't directed at me, this group was last alive two months ago and I'm still active, unlike the leaders of AHP, however, Argonath Highway Patrol really wasnt much than just bunch of officers using [AHP] tag and driving around, apart from that they didnt do anything, and as far as I heard, they left the community, so I think you could be able to use it.

My opinion "Argonath Special Traffic Enforcement" is a good name to use it.
