I'm sorry to say, but the laws specifically state that protests are only legal and allowed if you follow the explicit rules on them. You didn't have a set date/time for start or finish, and you were blocking a public roadway. Both of those are illegal, and you refused to cooperate with police when they asked you to disperse. That is not brutality. They are doing their jobs. :cop:

If you have any issues with police brutality, please report them immediately. If you wish to safely and legally protest the ARPD, please follow the laws regarding so. Have a nice day!

Im tired of this bad girling we get from criminals.
You guys are trying to provoke cops and get us to shoot you.
Then you have the nerve to say "You guys are cool! Shoot and kill us! Yay for RP!" When in reality NONE of you RP.
YOu force RP like a mother f**ker and say that us shooting you is bad?
Seriously Kid, Get the f**k over it...

Wait you forgot the first part of the video, where you were 10-15 guys with weapons walking on the streets, there was the deputy cheif, 2 Lt. and like 10 officers and couple of FBI agents present who all told you to put your weps away, like always you guys refused and when you got suspected for not complying, what did you do? put your hands up?

NO, you started shooting back, and took 2 FBI and 1 officers down, but luckly we had alot of cops and we killed all of you, then you come back again without weps, you were told to go away, and the rest is on the video.

So next time, just lisen to orders and you can avoid shit like this.

That is where you go wrong, you're missing the point of this video and topic. Take a look at this excerpt of the laws

When the police officer is NOT allowed to use guns:

3) Against an unarmed attacker, the officer can use only hand to hand combat, or the
Nightstick.          (except if the situation is like point (1) )

4) Against idle/not moving suspect, the officer is not allowed to use guns, only body force or nighstick is allowed.

(if the suspect is holding a weapon, but not moving, an other unit must cover the officer who is taking action)

5) Do not use firearms against a group (e.g Protestors). Firearms are to be used against a single suspect provided the weapon usage requirements are met.

This was definetley abused in the last clip.

After being in the community for a long time, do you honestly expect us to comply? we're criminals, obviously we're gonna fight back. That's the difference, there are no set rules on me except the civilian laws, and by breaking them that's what puts us aside from civilians and makes us criminals, that's what gives you your job. But for cops, you have actually have laws that you MUST follow to not get fired from your job. These laws are broken every day, and no action is taken.

I and the other SAPD Officers used Batons and Pepper Spray, I think it worked quite well actually.

for 3) Minorities with any weapon make the average cop nervous and 80% more likely to shoot in defence. Looking at the video, around 80% are shooting the criminals.

4) Suspects were not moving because they were dead. The shots being fired were simply to make sure.

5) The group consisted of suspects holding and shooting weapons. If no one in the group was shooting, then no one would have been shot.

You've got it all wrong, I was in the group. The cops are the ones that shot first, we only shot in an act of self defence. AFTER the cops shot us.

Then don't f**king complain about it if your not going to comply.
You and your friends ignorance as criminals got you killed, and guess what? Its your f**king fault.
Don't put that on SAPD.
